“Leadership in Black & White,” a weekly podcast designed to develop strong Christian leaders, is hosted by friends and pastors John Siebeling and Wayne Francis. Siebeling, who served as a former missionary in Kenya, is the founder and senior pastor of The Life Church in Memphis, Tennessee, while Francis leads The Life Church’s New York City location.
