About Hillary Scott
Hillary Scott, born on April 1, 1986, in Nashville, Tennessee, is a Grammy Award-winning American singer and songwriter, best known as one of the lead vocalists of the country music group Lady A (formerly known as Lady Antebellum). Growing up in a musical family—her mother is country singer Linda Davis—Scott's passion for music was ignited early. Lady A, formed in 2006, quickly rose to fame with their harmonious blend of country, pop, and rock influences. The trio's debut album, "Lady Antebellum," included hit singles like "Love Don't Live Here," setting the stage for a series of successful albums and chart-topping songs.
Beyond her work with Lady A, Hillary Scott has ventured into solo projects. In 2016, she released the critically acclaimed gospel album "Love Remains" with her family, The Scott Family. This album earned her two Grammy Awards, one for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album and another for the hit single "Thy Will." With her soulful voice, versatile songwriting, and a deep connection to her Christian faith, Hillary Scott continues to be a prominent figure in the contemporary country and Christian music scenes.
