“I loved my sin,” Laura admitted. “I just didn’t realize that Jesus was better.”

(DALLAS, TEXAS) Have you ever met someone and just knew God was up to something?

That’s exactly how it felt when K-LOVE's Monika Kelly met Laura Eldredge and Nicoletta Bradley at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.. As they stood around waiting for a tour to start, the three women struck up a casual conversation, and within minutes it was clear—these women were different. There was depth. Honesty. Joy. The kind that can only come from walking with Jesus through both the mountaintops and the valleys.

Little did Monika know, that quick conversation would turn into one of the most powerful, faith-filled interviews we've had the privilege of sharing with the K-LOVE community.

Laura and Nicoletta are the hosts of the wildly popular podcast Call Her Holy—which they describe as “girl talk without the bad advice.” What started as a friendship rooted in shared pain, surrender, and obedience to God has grown into a movement reaching young women all over the world.

And once you hear their stories, you’ll understand why.

According to her bio, Laura Eldredge is known for her wisdom, leadership, and talent. She’s a former country music artist turned preacher. A thrill-seeker. Songwriter. Adventurer. Even a clogger (yes—the dance). But behind the resume was a deeper story God was still writing.

Laura grew up loving Jesus. She trusted Christ at eight years old, devoured Scripture, and was often placed in leadership positions from a very young age. But while her public faith looked strong, there .was hidden sin beneath the surface—sin she didn’t yet know how to confess or bring into the light.

“I didn’t think I had a testimony,” Laura shared. “I hadn’t lived some wild life. I’d walked with Jesus for years. But God started showing me—little by little—all the places He had redeemed.”

As Laura entered college, three desires began running side by side with her faith: God, fame, and relationships. She pursued a country music career for a decade, chasing success and validation, all while trying to hold onto Jesus.

And honestly?

She was having fun.

“I loved my sin,” Laura admitted. “I just didn’t realize that Jesus was better.”

Eventually, the consequences of living divided began to catch up. What Laura now recognizes as God’s grace exposed the emptiness behind the applause. When she finally found true biblical community at Watermark Church in Dallas, everything changed.

For the first time, she experienced the freedom of confession—of saying the hard things out loud and discovering she wasn’t alone.

Then came the moment that changed everything.

At the height of her music career—big shows, momentum, opportunity—God asked Laura to lay it down.

“It’s hard to glorify God in a career that’s self-glorifying,” she said. “And I felt Him telling me, ‘If this costs you intimacy with Me, it’s not worth it.’”

So she surrendered.

Music. Drinking. Dating. Identity.

“For six months, everything I had put alongside Jesus was stripped away,” Laura shared. “And by the end, I was freer than I’d ever been.”

What followed was a new life marked by peace, purpose, and eventually—a restored platform used not for her own glory, but for God’s.

“Seek first the Kingdom of God,” Laura said, quoting Matthew 6. “And all these things will be added to you.”

Today, Laura is married, a mom of two, and walking in full-time ministry—still imperfect, still dependent, but fully satisfied in Christ.

Nicoletta Bradley’s story begins in Santa Barbara, California, in a loving Christian home. She knew about Jesus—but from a young age, she wanted what the world promised.

“I thought if I could just be popular enough, thin enough, beautiful enough, then I’d be worthy of love,” she shared.

By high school, those beliefs had turned into a devastating battle with eating disorders—anorexia, bulimia, binge eating—rooted in lies spoken over her body and identity.

In college, things reached a breaking point.

“I was facedown on the floor my freshman year,” Nicoletta said. “And I had a vision of God and the enemy fighting—and God winning.”

In that moment, she heard the Holy Spirit speak:

“You’re going to walk through every type of eating disorder. And one day, I’ll use your story to help every type of girl.”

That didn’t mean overnight healing—but it marked the beginning of real surrender.

Slowly, God changed her desires. The pursuit of popularity faded. The chase for perfection lost its power. And Nicoletta began running after Jesus—this time, with community.

After college, she entered the fitness industry with a redemptive purpose: helping women break free from lies about food, exercise, and worth. It was during this season that she became engaged—and then heard God ask her to walk away.

“It came down to one question,” Nicoletta said. “Do I trust God’s words over my wants?”

Calling off the engagement was heartbreaking—but it became the foundation for everything that followed.

Ministry. Healing. Freedom. Nicoletta founded NOBLE, a fitness ministry that hosts events helping women of all ages transform the way that they view their bodies, exercise, and food through a Biblical lens.

And eventually… Call Her Holy.

Here’s the God part that still gives me chills.

Laura and Nicoletta first met in premarital counseling—to two different men they never ended up marrying.

Years later, after both had walked away in obedience, God brought them back together through Instagram DMs, coffee, and a simple question:

“What if we started a podcast?”

Call Her Holy launched in 2021 and quickly became a safe, honest, Christ-centered alternative to culture’s loudest voices.

Women are finding Jesus. Relationships are ending. Freedom is happening.

“Our DMs are flooded,” Laura shared. “Girls are saying, ‘My life is changed. I finally know I’m worth something.’”

Their mission is simple but countercultural: holiness is better.

And in 2026, that message is going on the road—with a college tour combining live podcasts, worship, and fitness events designed to meet young women right where they are.

Laura and Nicoletta’s stories couldn’t be more different—and yet they point to the same truth:

Everything the world promises, Jesus fulfills.

The road may be narrow. Obedience may cost you. But abundant life is found on the other side of surrender.

And if you’ve ever wondered whether Jesus is really worth it—these two women would smile and tell you:

He is. Every time.
