A powerful story of redemption and grace is heading to theaters this summer. Finding Faith, an inspirational new feature film from writer/director LazRael Lison, opens nationwide on June 16 through Fathom Entertainment.
Led by actress Paula Patton (Precious, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol), Finding Faith follows the journey of Faith Mitchell, a devoted wife and mother whose life is shattered by sudden tragedy. As darkness threatens to overtake her, Faith finds strength in her community, her family, and her church. With the gentle guidance of her pastor and loved ones, she begins to rediscover light and healing — living out the timeless truth that “weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning” (Psalm 30:5).
The film also features a star-studded cast including Emmy® winner Loretta Devine, Keith David, Stephen Bishop, Nadine Velazquez, and Demetrius Grosse.
“Finding Faith was created with deep love and trust,” shared producer Tatiana Chekhova of Summer House Pictures. “We hope it touches hearts and reminds people that even in the darkest seasons, hope is never lost.”
“Movies like Finding Faith offer more than entertainment,” said Fathom Entertainment CEO Ray Nutt. “They encourage, uplift, and bring people together through the power of story.”
With heartfelt performances and a message rooted in restoration and spiritual renewal, Finding Faith promises to be more than just a movie — it’s an invitation to reflect on God’s faithfulness, even in life’s hardest moments.
Tickets will be available later this month at FathomEntertainment.com.
