Since “No Survivors” skyrocketed to No. 1, fans have been begging Jeremy Camp for more rock. The award-winning artist answered in the form of “Revival,” which seemingly previews his next studio project, the follow-up to 2024’s critically acclaimed “Deeper Waters.”
The full-throttle igniter, however, isn’t a nod to the week-long, tent-covered evangelistic tradition of bygone eras or the immediate image of stadiums full of surrendered crowds as its title might imply. Instead, Camp insists true revival is more of a quiet, inside job.

“Revival’s not just about numbers. It starts with us,” he acknowledges before quoting Psalm 139:23-24. “We have to start with saying, ‘God, tear apart the junk.’ We need to understand that we need Jesus every single day, desperately. And so, revival starts with us in our heart, and the fruit of that will flow into your family and flow into your workplaces… I want revival, but let me ask, ‘God, what do You want to do with my heart first?’”
Backed by sizzling guitars and heavy percussion, Camp’s vocal knows no bounds across an anthemic chorus that’s simultaneously biting and convicting. The song’s infectious stomp-clap cadence will hook fans immediately.

Ahead of dropping the combustable track, Camp bowed “Reflector,” another intense rocker about mirroring the image of Christ. If this pair of new releases is any indication, Camp’s forthcoming effort will be headlined by the kind of incendiary sonic direction that defined his early work. In addition to a fresh full-length project, the father of three is also recording an upcoming family Christmas album with his wife and kids.
He’s scheduled to join CeCe Winans and Andrew Ripp in the Windy City on Aug. 16 for “K-LOVE Live in Chicago.” This fall, he’ll partner with MercyMe for a 24-date arena run that’s also slated to feature singer-songwriter Tim Timmons and newcomer Sam Wesley.
