Jeanice Lee talks with Agnes Barrelet, Founder and Executive Director of Alpine Acres Sanctuary Farm. Barrelet describes the sanctuary for rescued animals and educational nature experiences for families, students, and visitors. Barrelet discusses the sanctuary’s animal rescue efforts, public tours, field trips, volunteer opportunities, and interactive animal encounters. She also shares the organization’s mission of connecting people with animals and nature through education and conservation. Future goals include expanding community support and achieving greater financial sustainability.
