Jeanice Lee talks to Executive Director of Waste Not, Hillary Bryant. Waste Not rescues prepared and perishable food before it goes to waste. Perfectly eatable food is then delivered it to other non-profits in the community that feeds the hungry. Bryant says they rescue any access food from restaurants, hotels, caterers, and events. They will pick up the food and share it with partner orgs such as domestic violence and homeless shelters.
