LOCAL Closer Look: Imprints Of Honor (Phoenix, Arizona)

Posted on Sunday, April 6, 2025 by Jeanice Lee

Jeanice Lee talks to Michelle DiMuro, Executive Director with Imprints of Honor.  DiMuro describes their organization to be a character and civics education program primarily as an after-school program for middle and high school students and some college courses. Students interview veterans and document their service stories. The videotaped recording is archived at the Library of Congress and then the students write and publish the work in the book. Schools, teachers, and parents are encouraged to get involved. All curriculum is provided. They have an Independent Contributor program if it is not offered within a school. (ImprintsOfHonor.org)
