“Lookin’ For You,” Zach Williams’ latest single, is probably the most autobiographical song the hitmaker’s written to date. His vivid pen traces the details of his past straight to the person of Jesus on the track that harbors the lyric that bears the name of his most recent record, “A Hundred Highways.”

Williams gets honest on the vulnerable original as he confesses he tried a million remedies in an attempt to fill the God-shaped hole in his heart, but those empty pursuits only left him dissatisfied, always wanting more. The soulful single could easily soundtrack countless stories of those, like Williams, who’ve spent years aimlessly chasing what the world offers.
The two-time GRAMMY® winner delivers a bluesy performance on “Lookin’ For You,” which he recently re-released as a duet with Dolly Parton for the deluxe version of “A Hundred Highways.” This marks the pair’s second song together as Williams famously partnered with the country legend on his massive hit, “There Was Jesus.” The expanded edition of his third studio effort also features a brand new collaboration with Lee Brice called “Walls Fall Down,” further proving Williams is just as easily embraced in the county genre as he is in Christian music.
The singer/songwriter is currently nominated for Book Impact ahead of the 11th annual K-LOVE Fan Awards for his memoir, “Rescue Story.” He’s set to release his first children’s book, “A Little More Like Jesus,” Aug. 20, 2024.
This summer, Williams will host “Backyard Picnic” dates at select outdoor venues before launching his highly anticipated “Revival Nights” tour with CAIN, Matt Maher and Ben Fuller this fall.
